Joseph Kasule - a PhD fellow at MISR - will give a Seminar titled "Kasangwawo ne Sserwajj'okwoota: Afirika Ya Leero N'essomo Ly'obukenuzi Obw'oluvannyuma,"  - a translation of "Citizen and Subject: Contemporary Africa and the Legacy of Late Colonialism," by Mahmood Mamdani.
