Eleanor Nandutu is an administrative professional with over 15years experience who currently serves as the Principal Assistant Academic Registrar for Makerere Institute of Social Research (MISR). She holds a Masters degree in International Relations, UK; a Post graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, UMI; a Bachelors degree in Tourism, MAK.
