About me

He holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, and a Bachelor of Arts with Education from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Languages and Literature at Mkwawa University College of Education. He is currently pursuing a PhD at Makerere Institute of Social Research, Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.

Research Focus
My research interests are on the politics of violence and displacement. I am specifically interested in the intersectionality between literary depiction of political violence and displacement and the psychosocial dynamics of narratives from the politically conflicting areas in Africa.
