MISR is pleased to announce two post-doc fellowships to be funded by NORHED on the following terms:
- The remuneration package (inclusive of a furnished flat, monthly stipend, research allowance, etc.) will be around $30,000 a year.
- The duration of the post-doc will be two years, non-renewable.
- The post-doc fellow will be required every academic year (a) to teach one semester-long course and (b) to present at least one seminar, the paper for which will be published as a MISR Working Paper and then turned into an article in a peer-reviewed journal.
The MISR academic year runs from early January to end August. Details can be found on our website.
Those with a doctorate earned over the last five years qualify to apply.

Successful applicants will be notified between June 10 and 15 and may take up the fellowship any time between July 1 and August 30.
