The panel discussion is organised by Human Rights Awareness and Promotion Forum (HRAPF) Uganda as part of the 4th National Civil Society Organisation (CSO)Fair 2024 and under the theme of 'Sexual Freedom and Sexuality Legislation in the East African Community'.
