Dr. Stella Nyanzi participated in a 'Colloquium on the Rights of
Sexual Minorities in Africa: Charting a Way Forward' that was organised by
the University of Pretoria's Center for Human Rights on 8th and 9th
December 2014. She presented a paper entitled "Fundamentalisms and
LGBTI Rights in Africa" that is based on one of her on-going ethnographic
research studies.
